Project Scope
Bringing a 1940 landmark back to life
The Beach Theatre opened in 1940 and became a cultural landmark in St. Pete Beach before closing in 2012 and suffering serious weather damage. When new owners bought the Art Deco venue in 2024 to restore and modernize it, the building had been fully gutted and needed all-new infrastructure.
As the audiovisual integration partner, TRG designed and installed complete audio, lighting, and control systems that let one room host cinema, live music, and theater. We coordinated with ownership and the construction team, then commissioned and tuned the system so staff and visiting production crews can run it from a central, intuitive control platform.
